Dynamic 365 Customer engagement Specialist


  • 2+ years of experience supporting Dynamics CRM, preferably a newer version (Dynamics 365,
    2015 and/or 2016) – they will primarily be supporting Dynamics 365 CRM Online
  • Interest in the working morning (6 am – 2 pm) and/or afternoon (2 pm – 10 pm) shifts
  • Experience and comfort level in supporting users remotely by phone or screen sharing
  • Configuration experience with D365/Dynamics CRM
  • Experience supporting D365/Dynamics CRM configurations where the application is integrated
    with other systems
  • Microsoft D365/Dynamics CRM certification
