Dynamic 365 Customer engagement Specialist
Required:
- 2+ years of experience supporting Dynamics CRM, preferably a newer version (Dynamics 365,
2015 and/or 2016) – they will primarily be supporting Dynamics 365 CRM Online - Interest in the working morning (6 am – 2 pm) and/or afternoon (2 pm – 10 pm) shifts
- Experience and comfort level in supporting users remotely by phone or screen sharing
capability - Configuration experience with D365/Dynamics CRM
- Experience supporting D365/Dynamics CRM configurations where the application is integrated
with other systems - Microsoft D365/Dynamics CRM certification
