Dynamics NAV/D365 BC Functional Consultant
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or any related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central
(BC) implementation or support - Experience and comfort level in working with customers remotely by phone and/or video
conference - Knowledge of Inventory and Warehouse Management functionality
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpretive skills – communicating with
clients and interpreting their needs will be a daily activity.
The following would be an asset:
- Insight Works knowledge is preferred
- Experience configuring and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business
Central and troubleshooting. - Microsoft Dynamics certification.
