Dynamics NAV/D365 BC Functional Consultant

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or any related field
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central
    (BC) implementation or support
  • Experience and comfort level in working with customers remotely by phone and/or video
    conference
  • Knowledge of Inventory and Warehouse Management functionality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpretive skills – communicating with
    clients and interpreting their needs will be a daily activity.


The following would be an asset:

  • Insight Works knowledge is preferred
  • Experience configuring and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business
    Central and troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certification.
